OK, if you're done with the book, you must promise me that you will go to marshillchurch.org and select sermons....Luke....Parable of the Great Banquet. It is my new favorite sermon and it is the perfect way to end the book. Mark Driscoll even mentions Randy Alcorn and his book on Heaven. But even better....he uses "my" favorite verse. Is 25:6. Promise me you will listen or watch it and then comment on it. PLEASE!

  1. I already told Doug, but for all else, I agree with his post. You should listen to this sermon. It fits perfectly with the book we just read and it gives some good action points. One of which is to have a feast, which I think we should do. So be thinking about when and where and how we can have a feast together, just to practice for and anticipate the feast that is coming. We should also invite others to join us. Get out of our comfort zones and invite people we don't know at all or very well. You'll understand after you listen to the sermon, but I believe this could be very powerful. Let's not let this pass by. Let's do it!
